Car Competition

  1. Entries can be made online at www.joulesclothing.co.uk/winacar by completing the online form or by completing an official Joules competition card in store or at a competition roadshow event which must be returned to store, handed to a member of the Joules team or posted to MG Car Competition, Joules Ltd, 16 The Point, Rockingham Road, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 7QU. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Joules are not responsible for the cost of postage.
  2. Only entry forms that have been completed in full will be entered into the prize draw
  3. Entrants must be residents of the UK aged 18 or over.
  4. Only one entry per person is allowable except where extra entries can be earned as a reward for promoting the competition to friends as detailed at www.joulesclothing.co.uk/winacar
  5. This prize draw is not open to employees or contractors of Joules Clothing Ltd, any person directly or indirectly involved with Joules Clothing Ltd or the running of the competition, or their direct family members.
  6. The final closing date for entries is 15/11/2009 at 23.59. No entries will be accepted as eligible after midnight on this closing date.
  7. The prize draw will take place within two weeks of the closing date of the 15/11/2009. Winners will be contacted in writing by 30/11/2009.
  8. Only the winners will be contacted personally.
  9. Joules Clothing Ltd does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
  10. The prize is a fully reconditioned 1969 British Racing Green MG Midget. There are 5 x runner-up prizes of £100 Joules vouchers
  11. Insurance, car tax, maintenance and running costs of the vehicle are the responsibility of the winner from the date of ownership of the vehicle.
  12. The winner must arrange insurance and provide a full UK driving license on the date of collection.
  13. Joules Ltd is not responsible for any mechanical (or other) faults that may develop after the winner takes ownership of the vehicle.
  14. The prize(s) must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternative. Once prizes have been allocated they cannot be transferred. Joules Clothing Ltd reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
  15. Prizes unclaimed after twenty eight (28) days following notification by Joules Clothing Ltd will be deemed to have been forfeited and Joules Clothing Ltd reserves the right to either offer the prize to the entrant whose name is next drawn at random, or to re-offer the prize in any future competition.
  16. Joules Clothing Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change this prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in Joules Clothing Ltd opinion.
  17. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to have agreed to be bound by them when entering this competition.
  18. The winners may be required to participate in publicity.
